    Job description:

    Researching candidates profiles and projects
    Collecting and analyzing all relevant information about the position
    Formatting candiates’ resume into Amaris’s form
    Completing candidate information’s and mapping their skills
    Manage applications, and update candidate’s profile into our internal database
    Publication and refreshing of job offers
    Develop a specialized network on social media
    Propose ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process


    Being part in an International and multicultural environment: 75+ nationalities in 2016, work with teams across continents (Europe, Asia, Africa…), within multicultural projects.
    Full Training program for 6 months to get deeper knowledge in Recruitment
    Soft skill trainings : interpersonal communication, team management, project management.
    Team lunch, after-works and other successes celebrations.
    Birthday gift, ability to support non profit organizations.
    Working days: Monday to Friday, in a casual atmosphere.
    Unlimited free coffee & tea breaks.
    Allowances: 4 Mil + Bonus per hiring / Month

    Job requirements:

    Last year or third year students available for full-time internship in 6 months
    Ideally you are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or other related majors
    Good command of English, both verbal & written communication
    Computer literacy & Good research skill
    Teamwork spirit, and pioneering mind-set
    Reliability, accountability, and proactivity

    Recruitment Process:
    Application: June 8 to June 26 (inclusive)
    Phone screening and online EQ test: June 25 to June 28
    Face-to-face interview and Skill tests: July 2
    Onboarding: Early August
